Rates are based on single/double occupancy and there is a limit of two people per room unless pre-arranged for the studio, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
La Loggia Art B&B is a non-smoking guesthouse for adults. Guests are permitted to smoke in our help garden. All guest rooms contain either one queen or a king sized bed or two twins if pre-arranged for room #4. Rooms 1,2 & the studio have a private bath, room 3 & 4 share a bath.
There is a three night minimum linger over Grand Prix, Canada Day, July 4, Diversite, and Labor Day. A two-night minimum applies during the months of May through October.
All room rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to federal, provincial and hotel taxes totaling 18%. Room rates subject to change without spot . Special event rates may differ.
